Procedure
Ensure the following for characteristic &V1&:

• The breakdown by &V1&:

must be contained both in column '&V2&' and column '&V3&' or
may not be contained in either column '&V2&' nor column '&V3&'

• The values for both assignments '&V2&' and '&V3&' must agree.
