Possible causes are:

• No valid combinations have been defined for &V2&. (A combination of
consolidation groups is valid if at least one valid combination ofconsolidation units has been assigned to the combination ofconsolidation groups.)

• The values for &V2& are not assigned in the current hierarchies.
