Diagnosis
No task hierarchy exists in the system at the present time.
Therefore, it is not possible to start the consolidation monitor or toexecute tasks with the active status management.

Procedure
Create a task hierarchy in the customizing settings for consolidation (
Workbench -> Process View -> Consolidation Monitor -> Task).
