Diagnosis
To use the accounting technique mutual stock method in aconsolidation area ofdata basis &V1& inconsolidation of investments (C/I), you need to extend the data streamsfor totals records and documents in the data basis.
The mutual stock method is currently activated in consolidationarea &V2& in C/I system utilization.

Procedure
Go to the SAP BW system and add the standard InfoObject 0BCS_DIDIEL tothe InfoCube for totals records.
Add the respective characteristic to the data model in data basis &V1&,and assign the role Direction Indicator for Elimination ofInvestment Income.
Select for generation the data stream Documents and, ifapplicable, the virtual InfoProviders of the data streams TotalsRecords and Documents.
Save the data basis.
Maintain consolidation area &V2& and add the characteristic with therole Direction Indicator for Elimination of Investment Income tothe data model.
Save the consolidation area.
