To continue working in the current consolidation area, first you need torestore the consistency of the field catalog. You usually do this bychecking and backing up the current consolidation area.

• If this message appeared while checking the consolidation area, back up
the data basis first.

• If this message appeared while launching the workbench, proceed as
follows:
To be able to maintain the consolidation area or the data basis, eitherstart the workbench with a different consolidation area or without aconsolidation area at all. (In the latter case, you can only maintainthe data basis and the consolidation area.)
