Diagnosis
The current configuration ofdata basis &V1& requiresthat data stream &V3& must contain a characteristic with the role &V2&.
This condition is not being met.

System Response
The data basis is currently inconsistent and thus cannot be used forthe consolidation process.

Procedure
Make sure that data stream &V3& contains the required characteristicsand that those characteristics have their intended roles.
The simplest way to do this is by having the system generate the datastream. To do that, select the appropriate button next to the entryfield of the data stream.
Generated data streams are automatically adjusted when the data basisis saved. Once the data basis is saved, this message should no longerappear when you check the data basis again (under Workbench inthe menu).
