Diagnosis
If you use the Partial Divestiture as Equity Transactionfunction, you have to specify the posting item Transfers to MinorityInterest in Retained Earnings. This is essential so the systemsuppresses financial statement imbalances in subsequent consolidationand partial divestitures.

Enter the item Transfer to Minority Interest in Retained Earningsin Customizing of consolidation of investments for retained earnings onthe Net Income tab page.
