The item for the statistical scope of reported data is needed in theequity method so thatsubsequent divestitures or transfers are able to correctly reduce ortransfer the investment adjustment.
If multiple scopes of reported data are defined, then you need to assigna different statistical item to each scope - that is, the assignmentmust be reversible.
