Diagnosis
It is not possible to perform the extraordinary valuation allowanceentered on the acquiring investor of transfer number &V1& of investeeunit &V2& (amortization &V3&, writeup &V4&) because the relevantgoodwill in the currentconsolidation period has already undergone valuation allowance prior tothe transfer. If goodwill is maintained in local currency, the entriesfor extraordinary valuation are initialized when consolidation ofinvestments is performed in an update run.

Procedure
If the incurrence of goodwill predates the current consolidation period,you need to adjust the sequence of activities so that the transferoccurs before the goodwill amortization. If this is not the case, thenyou may have to enter the extraordinary valuation allowance for thedivesting investor of the transfer or make additional goodwill entriesmanually to achieve the desired amortization behavior.
