Diagnosis
The following statistical items under "Goodwill Global" must be brokendown by characteristics with the roleupper unit. However, itemV1 is not broken down by characteristics with the role upper unit
. The status of this breakdown depends on when the role upperunit was added to the data basis:

• If the role upper unit has always resided in the data basis, then
the statistical items used under "Goodwill Global" should have arequired breakdown by upper unit (default value not allowed).

• However, if the role upper unit was added to the data basis at a
later date, and if, at that time, postings were already made to thestatistical items used under "Goodwill Global", then you need to assignan optional breakdown by upper unit to those statistical items.
