Diagnosis
You assign statistical items to the equity items on the "StatisticalEquity" tab page under "Equity".
You also assign the (carryforward) "Debit" and "Credit" items to the"Original Items" in the customizing settings for balance carryforward (
Balance Carryforward -> Items to be Carried Forward)
The following applies to all equity items: The (carryforward) items"Debit" and "Credit" for the statistical items of an equity item mustbe identical to the minority interest items of the (carryforward) items"Debit" and "Credit" of an equity item.
Accordingly, the system checks that the following calculations areidentical for all equity items:

• 1st calculation: The system determines the statistical item of
an equity item. Then the system determines the (carryforward) items"Debit" and "Credit" for the statistical item (which should correspondto the "Original Item").

• 2nd calculation: The system determines the (carryforward) items
"Debit" and "Credit" for an equity item (which should correspond to the"Original Item"). Then the system determines each statistical item forthe (carryforward) items "Debit" and "Credit" (each of which shouldcorrespond to the equity items).
However, the two calculations do not produce the same results forequity item &V1&.

Procedure
Either check the customizing settings for balance carryforwards underBalance Carryforward -> Items to be Carried Forward with regardsto equity item &V1&, or check the customizing settings for "Equity" onthe tab page "Statistical Equity".
