Diagnosis
Using the where-used list, you found a data record that isversion-dependent and time-dependent. The data record belongs to specialversion type &V1&, special version &V2&, and time &V3&.

Procedure
If you want to display or change the data record in the Workbench, youshould check the parameters to see if a version combination belonging tospecial version type &V1& and special version &V2& has been specifiedand whether the time period &V3& is set.
If this is not the case, change the parameters before you change thedata record.
