Diagnosis
During the upload of a costing structure into the product design costestimate, it was attempted to create a costing object or costing link.However, this is not possible, because the costing object is missing ora costing object is missing for the link.

System Response
The costing object or costing link is not created. Thus the entirecosting structure cannot be imported.

Procedure
As a rule this is a followup error which is caused because a costingobject could not be created in a previous upload step.Check whether upload actions are defined for all relevant itemcategories in the Customizing of product design cost estimate underDetermine Actions and AssignFields. Also check whether assignments to the appropriatefields of the source structure are maintained for the key and requiredentry fields of the object and node types concerned.
