Diagnosis
Loading the cost estimate was not successful. As a rule this is theresult of an error that occurred earlier.

System Response
The system establishes that no top link (root link) and no top node(root node) could be identified during the loading process. The loadingprocess is not continued. No cost estimate is created in the CostingEngine.

Procedure
Check the log and remove the previous error. Then start the loadingprocess again.
