Because you are using a Japanese Billing Period, a conflicthas arisen that can no longer be properly resolved.
The valid, available conflict solutions normallyonly solve conflict between one technical meter reading andone billing-relevant meter reading.
Therefore, you must reduce the complexity of this conflict by deleting ameter reading that is not required for billing.
If a final or periodic meter reading is available, the periodic meterreading is not necessary and the final meter reading has the priority.
