Diagnosis
Global indicator &V1& is not set. However, all entries in table &V2&have the indicator 'repaired' set, or are at least confirmed (if this isnecessary).
Note that you must explicitly confirm entries that are currently onlyproposed.
The BRE will not execute any semi-automatic repairs until globalindicator &V2& is set.

Procedure
Check all entries in &V2& and complete your work. This means that youprobably have to adjust indicator &V1&.
