ALL indicators are set to 'repaired' in &V2&. However, global indicatorV1 has not been set.
Normally, the BRE sets this indicator.
Do not make any changes unless you want to trigger or prevent processingvia the BRE.

Procedure
Check &V1& and &V2&.
Note that the BRE reprocesses this case (maybe unnecessarily) until itcan set the global indicator.
Note, also that the BRE only IGNORES entries that are proposed, butnot confirmed.
