Diagnosis
The backlog entry is inaccurate or not up-to-date.
This can be caused by other interactions in your IS-U system, such asreversal, rebilling, manual repairs by other users who are not usingthe BRE, or as a result of random, incorrect changes in thespecial entry mode.

Procedure
Since the indicator for manual repairs has not been set, you can ignorethis backlog entry set, for the time being.
The entry is not a problem, although it is not quite up-to-date.
This because the entry will be automatically adjusted to the currentsituation during the next BRE run in the BRE tool.
If the error category of this backlog entry does not terminate, thestatus will be updated.
The backlog entry is completed as soon as all billing orders aresuccessfully billed with scheduled billing date <=reference billing date.
