Start the program with this selection criteria only if you want toinclude entries that are still missing from the error extract table(INSTSET).
If you have followed the recommendations for using this program, youshould not have to start this run.
If you do start the program with this selection criteria, the log numberused for the last extract generation only changes if it was the veryfirst extract generation run and there are no entries in the ISU_BALHDRtable that contain the last processed log number.
