Diagnosis
The BRE run has discovered new error categories and included themin the error categories table.
A person responsible must be allocated to the new error category.

Procedure
You have to allocate a person responsible for the new error category sothat he or she can create a new solution path for the additionalerror category.
This is the only way that this new error can be eliminated in the nextBRE run.
If you do not create a solution path for the new error category, thebacklog for the error can increase over time until correcting it at alater date can involve a lot of time, effort and cost.
