SAP Message U6040 - User &1 cannot display the worklist for group &2

Diagnosis You want to display the worklists for all agents in group &v2&. Onlyusers entered in the agent table (ISU_WAR_ROOM) are authorized for this.User &V1& is not in this table. System Response The worklist is not displayed. Procedure for System Administration Enter user &V1& in table ISU_WAR_ROOM. Give him or her the authorizationrequired for displaying other agents' worklists.
