System Response No new error extracts have been added to the worklist. Procedure Process the error extracts that are allocated to you. Once you have donethis, you can allocate yourself a new worklist. Procedure for System Administration In the table 'define error extracts per agent group', you can specifythe maximum number of error extracts that can be allocated to an agentper message class/message number. If you do not enter anything here, thesystem uses the default maximum of 10 error extracts. |
