Diagnosis
The test report initial file "TESTREP.INI" cannot be created. It ispossible that the available memory on the data medium is not sufficientor that you do not have the authorization to write files in the selecteddirectory.

Procedure
Check the available memory on the data medium and make sure that youhave the write authorization für the selected directory.
