Diagnosis
The test report data file "TESTREP.BIN" cannot be created. It ispossible that a file with the same name already exists in the selecteddirectory and is read-only.
It is also possible that the available memory on the data medium is notsufficient or that you do not have the authorization to write files inthe selected directory.

Procedure
If necessary, remove the write protection of the file "TESTREP.BIN" inthe selected directory.
Check the available memory on the data medium and make sure that youhave the write authorization für the selected directory.
