SAP Message TW409 - DY-DB-ACCESS-ERROR: Incorrect nametab entry for TADIR.PGMID

Diagnosis An internal R3trans security check produced an error. The length of thefield TADIr.PGMID in the "Nametab" must be either 4 or 8 Bytes, but thisis not the case. The cause is most likely that the Nametab was notmigrated during a previous Unicode migration. System Response Die Aktion wird abgebrochen. Procedure Report this error to SAP Support.
