The translation object in the transport request has a language that isnot installed in the system.

Procedure
Check whether the relevant line of the transport request really doescontain an invalid value.
If it does, correct the value and repeat the export.
If it does not, proceed as follows:
If the system is a Unicode system and the language is a Unicode language(a language supported in Unicode systems only; see SAP Note 73606), thenR3trans does not recognize the language as being installed in thissystem.
In this case, send an error message to SAP Support under componentBC-I18.
Otherwise, send an error message to SAP Support under componentBC-CTS-TLS.
