SAP Message TU723 - Budget billing plan contains no items with an open budget billing request

Diagnosis All items in the budget billing plan for contract &V1& have the value0. In the transfer parameters, the value 0 is entered for all budgetbilling plan items in field AUTO-T_EABPS-BETRO. The system considers this budget billing plan to be cleared, so it isnot migrated. Procedure If you want to migrate the budget billing plan, you must enter a valuein field AUTO-T_EABPS-BETRO.
