Diagnosis
In event R964 (creating a pseudo-mandatory group using several optionalcontracts),you selected different optional contracts for which you want to createa joint budget billing plan.
However, contracts &V1& and &V2& have different portions (&V3&/&V4&).This means that a joint budget billing plan cannot be created for thesecontracts.

Procedure
Either change the schedule master data for both contracts so that theycontain the same portion, or change event R964 so that you can createseparate budget billing plans for them.
