SAP Message TU264 - Entries cannot be changed because budget billing items already exist

Diagnosis You cannot change all entries in the table TEABSTVOR because activebudget billing items already exist for the corresponding budget billingsubtransactions in the table DFKKOP (items in contract accountdocument). The entries can only changed if budget billing items do notexist in the table DFKKOP.
