Diagnosis
You cannot create the budget billing plan for contract &V1&, becausebudget billing amount &V2& of the contract is too high. The budgetbilling amount of the contract is compared with the upper limit amountin table TE557 (minimum amount/amount limits for budget billingamounts).

Procedure
If you do want to create the budget billing plan for the contract, youmust change the upper limit amount in table TE557 for the entry billingclass &V3& and currency &V4&.
