Diagnosis
You selected the function for reversing the collective bill at budgetbilling plan level. This function is no longer supported. The generatedprint documents were not processed by this reversal. The budget billingcollective bill is now reversed by reversing the print document. Indoing so the different document number of the collective bill isdeleted from the budget billing items.

Procedure
Use transaction EA15 (Invoicing Document Reversal) to reverse thecollective bill with print document number &V1&.
