Diagnosis You have tried to create a budget billing plan for contract &V2&. Thisis not possible because you have not entered a value for budget billingplans (1 or 2) in the Budget Billing Procedure field in contractaccount &V1&. You can only create a budget billing plan for an industrycustomer (budget billing procedure 5) using transactionCreate Budget Billing Request. Procedure If you do want to create a budget billing plan for contract &V2&,change the budget billing procedure in the contract account. This is only possible if no budget billing plans already exist for thecontract account.
