Diagnosis
Budget billing plan cannot be deleted because at least one BB plan itemis entered in either a collective bill (ABWTP = S) or installment plan(ABWTP = R).

Procedure
You must do one of the following:
Reverse the collective bill.
Reverse the installment plan.
Delete the budget billing plan.
