Diagnosis
The budget billing plan cannot be created because the accumulatedbudget billing amount &V2& of the contracts is too high. Theaccumulated budget billing amount is compared with the upper limitamount in table TE557 (minimum amount/budget billing amount limits).

System Response
The budget billing plan is not created.

Procedure
If you still wish to create the budget billing plan, you must changethe upper limit amount in table TE557.
