Diagnosis
The budget billing plan could not be created because the accumulatedbudget billing amount &V2& of the contract is too low. The accumulatedbudget billing amount is compared with the minimum amount in tableTE557 (Minimum Charge/Amount Limit for BB).

Procedure
If you still wish to create the budget billing plan, change the minimumamount in table TE557.
