Diagnosis
The billing period is shorter than the meter reading period. Either theperiod length derived from the fields length and periodcategory is shorter for the portion than for the allocated meterreading unit, or the period lengths do not match.

Procedure
The billing period must be as long or several times (no fractions) aslong as the meter reading period
