Diagnosis
The remote system addressed via the RFC destination is set up by theinitial client for CATT sessions. However, the user specified via theRFC destination is not authorized to execute all CATT procedures.

System Response
It is not sufficient that the user in the remote system is authorizedto execute a particular CATT procedure. He or she must be authorized toexecute all procedures.

Procedure
Give the remote user in the RFC target system the authorization for theobject S_DEVELOP for the following values:
DEVCLASS Development class (not checked)
OBJTYPE = SCAT development object ID
OBJNAME = * node name
P_GROUP authorization gr.ABAP/4 program (not checked)
ACTVT = 16 activity
