SAP Message TN680 - Lifecycle Management processes are locked by process &1 (LM tool &2)

Diagnosis The import of an OCS queue is Lifecycle Management process, whichchanges the whole system. In order to ensure a consistent import, noother concurrent Lifecycle Management processes are allowed. The system found, that the LM process &V1& (controlled by LM tool &V2&)is currently active. System Response Saving and importing the queue will be rejected. Procedure Complete the LM process &V1& or reset it. If you are unsure contact thesystem administration.
