Diagnosis
You want to access the archive via the Archive Information System, butyou have not made any entries for fields that are contained in anappropriate infostructure (for example info structure &V2& of fieldcatalogue &V1&).
If this is the case the archive access via SAP AS will not be any fasterthan the alternative sequential read of entire archive files.

Procedure

• Check your selections. Make entries for more fields.


• If this is not possible, confirm this warning message with Enter. The
selected data will be read sequentially. This may take a long time.

Procedure for System Administration
Check the aforementioned infostructure. If it does not contain anyfields that are used in the most common archive accesses, activate anappropriate infostructure for field catalog .
