Diagnosis
If a tax exemption certificate status is set to released orin use, the following changes are restricted:

• You cannot make changes to the tax exemption certificate.


• The valid to date can only be changed to a date, which is greater
than the current date (system date).

• The maximum amount can be increased.

System Response
The system does not support the requested change.

Procedure
If the requested change is required from a business point of view, youshould set the tax exemption certificate status to completed andcreate a new tax exemption certificate with the appropriate data.
