SAP Message SWN162 - Optimized delta selection must not be activated

Diagnosis
The system does not fulfill the prerequisites of the optimized dataselection.
It has the following prerequisites:

  • Index 003 of table SWN_NOTIF exists

  • The conversion program RSWN_SET_APP_OBJ_KEY_HASH was executed
    • successfully. The column APP_OBJ_KEY_HASH is filled for all rows of thetable SWN_NOTIF.
    So long as these prerequisites are not fulfilled, it is not possible toactivate the optimized delta selection as otherwise the UniversalWorklist and Duet can no longer be provided with data (work items) andno more e-mail notifications can be sent.
