Diagnosis
The import of a Support Package was not confirmed or the import was notsuccessfully. You can not select other Support Packages for the import.

Procedure
If the import was successfull but not confimed, execute the relevantsteps after the import and confirm the import (the confirm step is thelast step).
If the import was not successfull, import the Support Package again.
