Diagnosis
The BDoc Message Flow and Site Statistics Background Collector is abackground job, that runs periodical and executes the programRSMWM_BSTAT_COLLECTOR. This program collects the statistcal records andcondense them according to different time periods (day, week) andprofiles (BDoc Type, Site, Queue) for the display in the BDoc MessagesFlow Processing Statistics and Mobile Client Sites CommunicationMonitor.
Normally the background job is scheduled when the BDoc Message FlowStatistic is activated.

Procedure
When the BDoc Message Flow Statistic or the Mobile Client SitesCommunication Monitor is active and the Background Collector is notrunning, you can submit the action assigned to the node, to schedulethe background job.
