This monitoring entry watches over BDoc Messages in the Flow Processwaiting for response from the R/3 system for the specified client.
In the details for this entry you can find the number of BDoc Messageswaiting for response from the R/3 system per Bdoc type.

Procedure
The analysis method, transaction SMW01, gives you access to the displayof BDoc Messages waiting for response from the R/3 system. This worksonly for data of the current logged on client. For entries regardingother clients, you have to logon into that clients and start there thetransaction SMW01.
In the overview of BDoc Messages you have several functions to analysethe status of BDoc Messages in detail.
For BDoc messages waiting for a longer time for an answer form the R/3system, it will be helpfull to analyse the qRFC outbound queues R3A* inthe R/3 system or the qRFC inbound queues R3A* in the CRM system.Blocked or hanging queues there can be the cause of the long wait timeof BDocs in the Flow Process.
