Diagnosis
In the client <&V1&> you are not allowed to maintain cross-clientobjects. Therefore the generation of runtime objects is not possible inthis client.

Procedure
Either use an other client with the setting 'Changes to theRepository and cross-client Customizing permitted' or ask the systemadministrator to change the setting for the actual client.
