System Response
An empty message cannot be sent to a receiver. The message receiverstate is set to an error state.

Procedure
Determine the component that sent the empty message. Report the errorto the owner of that component.
Determine what the message content should have been. Possibly thesystem, in which the change was originated, and the receiver system maybe desynchronized. You need to synchronize the data between thesystems.
