Diagnosis
ERP systems connected to an CRM 5.0 system must have a minimum plug-inrelease and SP level.
The system tried to determine the plug-in release and support packagelevel in the ERP backend system. The information could not be found inthe corresponding table.

System Response
Processing will stop.

Procedure
- start transaction SMOEAC (administration console)
- select the ERP site
- display site attributes
- in fields 'Plug-In Release' and 'Plug-In SP level' you can see thecurrent status of the ERP system;
if these fields are not filled, fill the attributes using the 'Getvalues' button in change mode and save the site
