Diagnosis
The error is raised during the execution of initial data load(transaction R3AS, R3AS4 etc.) or during execution of Data integritymanager (transaction SDIMA).
- Following are the possible reasons for failure of the action.
1. Middleware synchronization is not active.
2. No application is active.

System Response
Transaction is terminated and the Initial Data load or the DataIntegrity may not be completed successfully.

Procedure
Check if Middleware Synchronization is active. You can use transactionCMWC_SMW to activate Middleware synchronization.
Check if the application are activated. Refer note 491258 to activatethe application.

Procedure for System Administration
Open the ticket under CRM-MW-ADP component in case the issue is notresolved.
