You are using Initial Rollout Tool (Recovery Manager) to fill thedatabase of your Mobile Client. This tool fills the database through adatabase copy and by starting extracts on the CRM Middleware Server.The systems is noticing that for your stationary site currently jobsare running which can lead to a reorganization of the messageassignments to your stationary site. Because the reorganization is notfinished the database copy can lead to inconsistencies on the sitesdatabase to be build up.

Procedure
Wait till in transaction SMOHQUEUE all running jobs for your stationarysite or the parent site of the stationary site are finished. Afterwardstry again to start the tool.
