Diagnosis
You are using the Administration Console for creating a dependent site.The parent site has subscriptions. Therefore you must trigger anextract for the site to be created.

Procedure
Change to display mode in the Administration Console.
Start the extract process (transaction code SMOEACEX).
Select the site you just created. Press the Complete button fora full extract, and then perform the extract.
